Visitor gets a token
The front desk issues a token in one tap, or the visitor scans your QR code and joins from their own phone. No app to download.

Staff call the next one
Press "Call next" from any browser on a PC, tablet or phone. Each counter sees who is next.

The TV says it out loud
The waiting-room TV shows the token and announces it in Arabic and English. Visitors can watch their place in line on their phone and step out until their turn is close.

QR check-in, no app
Put a QR code at the door. Visitors join the line from their phone's browser and see their place update live.
Voice calls in Arabic and English
Every call says the token number and the counter in both languages, so visitors are less likely to miss their turn.

Use any TV with a low-cost Android or Google TV box, or a PC connected to the screen. No special hardware to buy.
Call from any browser
Staff work from a PC, tablet or phone. Nothing to install at the counter.
Wait anywhere
Visitors can grab a coffee or wait in the car and watch their place in line. On the Business and Multi-branch plans, you can also send them an SMS or WhatsApp alert (paid per message with prepaid credits).

On paid plans, see how many visitors you served and how long they waited, day by day, so you can plan staff for busy hours.

Clinics, dental and physio
Patients check in by QR and wait calmly, or in the car. Calls in Arabic and English help patients follow along in either language. At launch, your queue data will be stored in the UAE.

Car-service receptions

Questions and answers
What hardware do I need?
A TV in the waiting room with a low-cost Android TV or Google TV box, or a PC connected to the TV. Staff use any browser on a PC, tablet or phone. There is no special hardware to buy. Printed tickets are planned for later, not for launch.
How do the voice calls work?
When staff press "Call next", the TV shows the token and counter and reads them out in Arabic and English, for example: "Token A-024, please go to counter 3." Sound plays through the TV's speakers or any speaker connected to it.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Voice calls are in Arabic and English, and the TV, staff and visitor screens will be available in both languages.
Where is my data stored?
At launch, your queue data will be stored in the UAE. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
What are the limits of the free plan?
1 location, up to 2 counters, 1 TV screen and up to 300 tokens a month. QR check-in with live place in line and Arabic + English voice calls are included. A small "Alheen.ae" strip shows on the TV. Upgrade any time for more counters, more screens and your own logo.
Can I get a refund on the founding plan?
Yes. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and you get a full refund on request any time before launch and for 14 days after launch. Email sales@metapro.ae. If we have not launched by 31 March 2027, every founding payment is refunded automatically.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Meta Pro Solutions is not VAT-registered at present, so no VAT is charged.
What happens at launch?
We plan to launch on 1 March 2027. Waitlist members hear first and get early access. Founding members' Business plan starts that day. Everyone can then start on the free plan or a paid plan.
Does it need internet?
Yes. Alheen.ae runs in the cloud, so the TV box or PC and staff devices need an internet connection. Visitors use their own mobile data or your Wi-Fi to follow their place in line.
How much do SMS and WhatsApp alerts cost?
SMS and WhatsApp alerts are available on the Business and Multi-branch plans and are paid per message with prepaid credits, so you only pay for what you send. QR check-in with live place in line is included on every plan at no extra cost.
